Anthony Speiser began playing guitar at age 12 and was active in bands while excelling in football and wrestling. He co-founded Beta Caroteen in high school, then studied music performance at Black Hills State University where he formed The Mighty Moose Band with Dan Sherrill. After pursuing competitive cycling, he returned to the Black Hills music scene and currently performs solo and with regional bands including High Rise, Buckskin Cult, and The Adults.
